charg\u00e9 de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, apr\u00e8s avis du recteur, parmi les enseignants en activit\u00e9 appartenant au grade de professeur ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, de ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0Le doyen est responsable du fonctionnement de la facult\u00e9 et il assure la gestion de ses moyens humains, financiers et mat\u00e9riels<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0A ce titre,<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Il est ordonnateur des cr\u00e9dits de fonctionnement qui lui sont d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s par le recteur,<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Assure et exerce l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 hi\u00e9rarchique sur l&rsquo;ensemble des personnels plac\u00e9s sous son autorit\u00e9,<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pr\u00e9pare les r\u00e9unions du conseil de facult\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">IL \u00e9tablit le rapport annuel d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s qu&rsquo;il adresse au recteur de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9, apr\u00e8s approbation par le conseil de facult\u00e9<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Le doyen de facult\u00e9 est assist\u00e9 dans ses t\u00e2ches par<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Surveille le d\u00e9roulement des soutenances de m\u00e9moires et th\u00e8ses de post-graduation ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Accompagne le d\u00e9roulement des activit\u00e9s de recherche scientifique ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Initie des actions de partenariat avec les secteurs socio-\u00e9conomiques ;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Initie des actions en vue de dynamiser et de renforcer la coop\u00e9ration interuniversitaire nationale et internationale;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size:
